Why is the marketplace closed?

It’s been closed for 6 hours.
Must be a major site issue.
But, I’d rather them make sure everything is
working so transfers go thru like normal.

I was playing Reels & Wheels XL 6 hours ago when the
issue started. Didn’t know it was a major issue. Had to
log out twice due to the error message that showed up.
On the 3rd try it seemed like everything was working
normal. Then I hit the bonus for free spins and, the
error message popped up again. Logged out & back in
and of course, my bonus spins didn’t show up. Got on
chat with an agent who said to be patient & they’d let
me know when things were figured out. Got on chat
2 hours ago since I hadn’t received a reply and was told
the same thing. Not good.
Make sure to take screen shots any time you have that issue. Not that that actually helps at all. We are at their mercy. And in these cases typically get the shaft lol. I know from personal experience. I do wish you the best of luck though.
Site has had issues for 15 of the past 25 hrs
Only hrs it was working properly were the overnight hours into the AM ( when there was really nothing to bet on anyways )
People missed primetime CFB and all the early NFL stuff
Plus poker and deposit/ withdrawal issues
Ostensibly it was 75% oc the entire weekend
If you don’t comp for that there’s really no reason for any of us to ever think you’ll get comp again for future issues

Hopefully they do some sort of compensation. This is becoming to frequent. Unable to play casino games or they glitch. Pages not loading.
