Errors just logging in from a normal google browsers now for over 10 hours since I last posted this, have not been able to log in without an error message just normally. This is a huge problem. I can use incognito to log in sometimes, but why should I need to do that just to access your site normally now? What a nightmare.
Browser opens community page- but won’t open the actual site in order to use it…sheesh
For what it’s worth, I’ve been troubleshooting with CS and from this point on, if you delete cookies/cache and restart your browser, you should have better luck logging into both the main site and the community.
This is after about 12 hours of issues so hopefully they’ve found the fix. And a gentle reminder that it’s not the @moderators fault. They are just the messengers and can only communicate what has been communicated to them

Also here need 5 times until can login , getting error message or the website get stuck , from mobile or pc same issues

I can log in but i always use chrome and it doesn’t let me but i can log in using edge
Hi @Ddrodri6512, have you tried logging in using Incognito mode in Chrome? This is more compatible.

I’ve been unable to login for a couple of days. When I do get logged in somehow I’m mysteriously kicked out saying reconnecting problems in the middle of poker bets causing me to lose pots that I actually win. It’s very frustrating
Add me to the list…been about a week of failed logins… using chrome browser…cleared cache and cookies still “ERROR” red banner… today I decided to try MS Edge browser (yuck!) and I was able to login successfully. but I would like to get my favorite browser back working again.
The site also continues to glitch after login…screens arent updating… reloading over and over again…finally you can see your balance… this is no matter what browser you are using… the backend data (balance, player points) is delayed getting filled in…so the static page loads…but the dynamic info is blank…this slowness surely is a back end database issue from my experience.
We will wait for improvement.

Any one else is having problems with the sport book lines? NBA, NHL can bet them also.

This has been getting worse over the last several weeks.
Login errors, poker table freeze-ups, slots either not loading and/or loading then going to “reload game” message repeatedly. I have lost so many bets never to see the final result even after getting the game to work again.
I have personally had many issues that have cost me my hard earned money on this site as I’m sure many others have had.
We need to have a discussion on compensation but more importantly, Bovada needs to make this right and fix these issues once and for all.

Agreed to all of these points. It’s also very frustrating to see them pushing a new Discord channel while there is no consensus on the array of issues we’ve been reporting for weeks.
Add me to list as well. Site is unusable and waste of time.
