Yes, I have the app, but have to go on the web usually to login, also am I able to take transfers from another player? Several have tried with no success, so I have to do vouchers

I was impacted significantly last night. When I tried to chat with an agent this morning, they literally did nothing, gave no details and closed the chat without any resolution or compensation. I have ref id of impacted wager, screenshots of error, and screen record of the site signing me in and out continuously while I had an open bet slip and was playing Thundercrash. This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had on the site.
