I sent money to a Bitcoin. Address it told me but when I went back to the page it errored out ā€¦ on the blockchain it still that address hasnā€™t received it and my account not updated with money ā€¦ what do we do in this case ?

Never had this happen before (Bitcoin. Address 1st shown then after I send it the page error out and no longer valid)

You should be fine once the website is working. Itā€™s happened to me before, but always have gotten the money.

Once the update is complete and everything is back to normal we can take a look at any issues.

Hey bovada, do you know why my balance is gone from the top of my account. Also it says in my transactions I pulled out that money, but I really pulled out other money that I won. If you guys could take a look at this that would be great.

Why is it every time you do maintenance the site always goes down with issues??? Last time it was 3 days . Have them fix rtp back to 98% not the 50% itā€™s beem

@Redbone1965 we will take a look for you once the maintenance is complete and everything is back to normal, as we canā€™t access certain things right now. But any gameplay and wins will be logged.

I just deposited a max amount of $500 on a 125% match bonus using bitcoin and I wasnā€™t awarded the bonus. Can you please explain this to me? Had this been the case I wouldnā€™t not deposited that much. Thanks

Literally says on the main page to not deposit right now pretty much. Maintenance from 3-7 AM which May Give deposit problems. When maintenance is over Iā€™m sure itā€™ll be fixed

Can you please keep updating us about the maintenance. Itā€™s past the time and we are still unable to do stuff on website
