I won a live bet last night around the time the site went down. Shows up as a win in my transactions but I cant acces the funds. Have tried to contact live support 9 times and has been busy for the entire 20 minutes each time. Have waited close to 4 hours now. Any help?

They keep saying sorry for the delay on the scheduled maintenance, yea it was scheduled to end at 7am east. Now 7-8 hours later is not scheduled, the site is down and this is very unprofessional. We donât need excuses, we need the site to be up and running

This is definitely frustrating for sure however those who are openly expressing worry about their funds are only adding unnecessary panic for everyone else as Bovada has never once caused us to be concerned with withdrawing funds from our account after outages like the one weâre experiencing now.

If you guys would have just said in the notification that maintenance could take all day then this wouldnât be a problem and nobody would be mad. What good is saying that itâll take 3 hours when it wonât? Even if you could get it done in 3 hours then customers would be even happier that the scheduled time was shorter than posted.

Next time just donât give a timeframe, itâs unprofessional. People trust you with thousands of dollars and your IT team is a bunch interns with little knowledge. Let me repeat myself, your scheduled maintenance was supposed to end 8 hours ago, and we are going to miss champions league soccer matches now.
