I was in the middle of free spins in Fairy wins when the site crashed the other night. I had pending winnings from the free spins that had already taken place and still had free spins remaining. I got a compensation bonus which was fine for the outage itself, but nothing for a wager that posted wrong (they said it was non outage related). Rewards points were supposed to come today and would have been welcome after such an abismal week, but still haven’t received them. I was told by host team that it was due to backlog because of outage. I know that it’s not a coincidence when points are issued at 12 pm eastern every other time and I missed out on today’s bets as well. I appreciate the birthday bonus, but kind of feel I was shorted on the outage bonus especially given the lingering effects

i honestly dont have a screenshot or the exact time. it was literally stopped on it, i dc’d and then i reconnected and it re-spun but landed short on like the 30x i believe.
So remember that the outcome is already determined as soon as you click ‘spin’. The rest of what you see is only for animation effects. So the outcome you were paid out on is the true outcome of the spin.
ah gotcha, makes sense. i let it sit for awhile when it dc’d to see if it would come back or reconnect on its own but had to close out and restart browser.
