Yeah but that sounds like a standard customer service response, not a guarantee that we will be compensated for the inconvenience. I’m hoping you’re right though.

How long you estimate funds deposited during matenance will show … I have he same issue where deposited Bitcoin but the address automatically shows invalid after I got it from the site

What is this info I saw on Twitter about someone trying to impersonate bovada? What the hell? That’s horrible.
I also reached out to chat and they said they will “definitely be compensating accounts” once this is resolved. I screenshotted that too

Unfortunately, that happens. It’s usually easy for most to identify these fake profiles, but in general we never ask for login info aside from your email address on social media, and that’s just so we can pull up accounts on our end where warranted.
do any mods have an update on withdrawals? are those on hold until the site is fixed too?

Just as a note here we’ll follow up with the agent in the above screenshot as there has been no discussion on compensation that we’re aware of. This would likely be done through account message or email as it was done for the last issue, but it isn’t as of yet guaranteed and would take some time in order to assess impact obviously. This isn’t to say there won’t be anything provided, just that nothing as of yet is common or confirmed.
