@Matty_Bovada when I redeem reward points for cash it’s not adding to my balance. Just a heads up. They say redeemed and then they disappear

@Matty_Bovada i can log into poker on my laptop but not on mobile. Also when i log in on computer the left side where your balance is and account and setting and cashier is all dark shaded and cant click on none of them. But i am able to register for poker and sports? Thanks
Now i restarted everything and the black shaded part is gone. All good on laptop. But still cant log into poker on mobile. Thanks

I was happy with the bonus with 1x rollover that Bovada issued as an apology.
I tripled it playing blackjack and played through the bonus! Thanks Bovada.
I was NOT happy with the token $30 I got over at Ignition – I went over there and complained hard, and the gave me 3 $50 tourney tickets, so now I am satisfied all around.
I am usually a pushover, but I gotta say – playing hardball over there got results. Before they gave me the tickets, I was ready to shut down that Ignition account, since I don’t really need both that and this Bovada account.
Anyway, thanks Bovada for doing right by me.

Matty maybe you have a idea I been trying to susbcribe with matchpay I filled a aplicacion but don’t remember my password matchpay an I been back an for about cleaning my phone an cache an no results theirs computer don’t recognize my email so they can send me a code when I reset don’t know where to reach for help I want to start trading thanks Matty see what you can do for me
Hey I was on a poker tournament and it logged me out said session expired and I can log into bovada but I can’t go into anything. I was doing very well too

First off can the @moderators move this into the topic about the downtime bc I can’t find it as a topic. Personally, I’d be disappointed if my bonus were not awarded by tmrw morning when nfl football begins. So who’s with me in requesting a larger bonus if the funds are not added by tmrw morning??
Then how is it that I’m a pro level 1 and I know of a rookie level player that got 30, and a pro 3 player that got 100. If I receive nothing I’m honestly going to be very pissed off.
They were based on tier levels.

And this is also very contracting to what your Twitter team was saying, which was that it was based on how much you’ve played over the last days before the shutdown
You were issued a $30 bonus which was relevant to your tier level. This is how emergency bonuses are generally calculated. The levels will be grouped so maybe level 1-4 get x amount and 5-8 get x amount etc. They have increased the comp for this particular issue, compared to a minor issue.
