I would Like to know how this turns out. It doesn’t only happen in the casino it happens in the sports book as well. They like to always claim that there’s never a glitch or an immediate line change when the bet is processing but there is. Just keep at them and don’t let them feed you that nonsense.

Also if what you are saying is true (that you place 1.2 million in wagers in a short time) Then I am sure any other site would love you to go over to them. Bovada has gotten worse and worse about appreciating their high Limit players. The statement that they gave seems like they’re patronizing you. I am serious when I say that the water was a lot nicer when they were scared that they were going to go under when there are no sports around because of Covid but now they are getting worse about issues like this

Here is my last 7 days guys, I am in no way ever a liar or trying to spread negative news about bovada. Like I said in the past they took care of me and always made things right. It just seems for what ever reason now they want to shift the blame on me. I agree 100% that they always claim there was no issue at all, they act like they don’t have issues on the site and will try and keep your money if you don’t get in there face about. I will keep everyone update with the resolution on this matter. If they don’t make it right, we’ll then you know how they treat the whales and I would assume it wouldn’t be any better for the small fish. 11k is a lot but I don’t mind loosing it if it was lost fair and square the way I did the other 40k this past weekend. I only complained about 5 hands because that’s where the error occurred not the other 100 that dealer hit a 5 card 21 lol
well CJ, this is what happens when you have to much faith in a company that you are loyal to and you think will try and make it right because youve always been fair to them. I appreciate you guys for reading my post… if they dont resolve this issue, its a slap in the face to all of us.

i actually have a screen recording of a sports bet where the line on display is showing one thing but as soon as you click it to bet it changes right away! i emailed it in to the host team and they told me that it must have been a DISPLAY ISSUE and not a technical issue so nothing was wrong! i lost my mind, i still have the video, just impossible to post here.

That happens all of the time when I place a live soccer bet. The line will be +135. I hit Place Bet. It immediately goes to +150, as my bet is processing. Bet processes at +135. Every. Time.
If it goes to +120, processing fails. Every. Time.

Wow man if you can find a way to post that I would love to see it! There is also API that they can che k but when it happened to me the ‘supervisor’ refused to look at it

let me see if i can upload it, and i actually went ahead placed the bet just to show them that it would take the wrong bet because it happened to me about a month prior on a 3k bet they i opened a ticket on and they said the bet was correct and no issue could be found. they didnt even refund me the bet i had film on!! ill create a link somehow for it let me see.

I used to make very small wagers with the very small rewards drops they used to give me on a weekly basis and I can for sure say stay away from their live betting.
I’d do it again and screenshot to prove a point but Unfortuantely bovada hasn’t given me a rewards drop over $1 in about a month since i permanently turned off their casino feature. If that doesn’t tell you something then you’re blinded by your addiction
hey CJ totally hear what your saying man, and like i said for the most part bovada has been good to me and thats why i stood around. I never gambled more then i was ok loosing, so i was fine when i took losses. But im definitely not ok HAVING MONEY TAKEN FROM ME THAT WAS NOT BET ! NOW THAT MY FRIEND IS CALLED STEALING! if this issue is not made right i will close my account up for good like i should have done before all this and take my wagers elsewhere. Vegas is opening up soon and its not to far for me to get in there when i want to wager. this is just more convenient, only when bovada is fair.

That is the best i can is put a link to the video, but you can see that i was betting for a game to be less then 6.5 goals and i click on it but then the bet that comes up is less than 5.5 goals which takes away your chances of winning the bet, they do this to take your money, and i placed the bet to show them it would read 5.5 instead of the 6.5 because thats what happened on my 3k bet and they didnt refund either even with this proof it happens!

gambling addicted bs like most do on here. You’re issue is a pretty serious one. Losing at the tables and having the site ■■■■ up to basically take money from you that you aren’t betting with are on Different ends of the spectrum. Really ■■■■d up from what I see. Hopefully some attention to this thread will force bovada to take a good look into this and see what they’d be losing if they don’t resolve issue at hand
thanks for the positive feedback brotha, thats why im trying to keep it as truthful as possible here and post all the screenshots i could so everyone knows that i am being honest with the situation i am going through. If bovada can refund 5 hands that comes out to 9-11k for 1.2million in bets then i dont know whats going on… and there is truly nothing i could do besides post here on the forum and get some attention so they are forced to make it right. if enough people see that they are trying to burn me then they will just cause a very bad rep for themselves. i feel ive posted enough proof.

I agree but ppl have done so before calling out bovada and it changes almost nothing. Same people will just keep depositing and depositing
Im honestly and pleasantly surprised bovada hasn’t tried hiding or deleting this thread yet. May be a good sign 
yeah those people are the addicts brotha, sucks that bovada could use and abuse them in anyway they please. If they correct this issue for me and make it right then there is still some hope left that this company respects and takes care of their clients. i would still continue to play here but just not on mobile.
