Live Dealer chips glitch! 11k gone!

No , bovada has resolved many many issues like this before. I’m confident they will resolve this also. It will just take time.

As far as you hood- just be patient now and update us here every other communication you receive. This will take a lot for them to look into. They will give you the money back. Seems like your a high vip player at BV. No reason they shouldn’t.

Just keep playing and doing what you have been cause you seen you got a pretty large balance in there. Give it time and these things do happen.

I had to have them reopen the issue because they already ruled that there was no issue when they did their investigation. Yeah 1.2 mil wagered in 7 days is very high in my opinion and i believe i easily deserve to have those 5 hands out of the 100-1000s of hands ive played and lost and did not complain a word about. I hope they make it right especially now that its getting attention. I will keep you guys updated once i hear back.

Hi everyone, i would just like to update as to what this scam of a website has decided to do which is not give me back on of my money that the site wrongfully took from my account! I dont know how they can possibly treat a player like myself this way and one who has always been honest! This is **Bovada showing they could steal your money and there is nothing you can do about it! ** i dont know how the same mistake happens TWO days in a row BOTH on mobile platform but yet one is refunded and the other is not??? What the Hell is going on??? Ive showed so much proof of the issue!!! MODS why is this happening??? They think giving me 200 dollars for 11k missing is ok???

In my opinion there was no glitch. These type of stories have been going on since I have been a member here. Not saying anyones lying but just my opinion.

Elvis i hear you brotha, i know people make things up when they loose money but thats not the case here man… Even after the incident happened i continued to play and won the entire 11k back and more… So this is not an issue about loosing money and being upset, its an issue of this happened on the mobile site, it happened the day prior when i tipped and they fixed and it happened the next day on 5 hands until i was kicked from live dealer and reconnected and it started working. I posted the screenshots to show that im not a sore looser but i wont sit here and let them keep my money that there was an issue on! like i said they gave me an extra 1k the day before and i gladly called them up and returned it back to them. im glad you havent dealt with any glitched yet but i recommend you please stay away from mobile live dealer.

Matty Bovada what could be done? how can you help me? ive sent you everything and im sure you can see my player profile and how much ive played and lost before and after this 5 hands incident occured and didnt issue not 1 complaint. I need this fixed sir!

@hood46 Ultimately we do see the decision made here and aren’t sure we can reverse it. That being said we’ll escalate this to our leadership team and have them take a look as well. That being said they are only available tomorrow so this will likely have to wait until at least Monday-Tuesday.

Also, the video you have emailed us doesn’t seem to have worked as it wasn’t added as an attachment. Can you please resend and attach it to the email instead of placing it in the body of it?

ok Ryan but i truly dont understand how they solved the same chip glitch issue when i tipped the dealer but not when it happens the next day? It was literally the same issue that happened on the same mobile platform, i am extremely confused with the logic behind how these are two different scenarios? they should both be treated the same way and refunded…

As in the comment you had originally posted, this was given to you as an exception and not necessarily as proof that the issue was on our end or that all future similar issues would be refunded.

This isn’t to say that you might not have a point here and obviously as I said we’ll look further into this on our end when we have our leadership team available, but the first exception isn’t something that would automatically lead to refunds in the future.

All that being said we will definitely escalate this and discuss it with our leadership and see what can be done early in the week. Again, it would help to resend the video as a drop box or attachment as we’re not able to open the email you sent at the moment. It will certainly help in any further discussions.

i just resent the email right now, can you check and see if it worked this time? I understand what your saying ryan, its hard because you guys always ask for video or picture proof as if when we play we screen record our entire session,( which i will be doing for now on if this issue is fixed) then when i do capture videos of anything glitch on the site, the investigation team ALWAYS SAYS we do not see any technical issue on our end, please clear your cache and cookies and make internet browser is up to date and your on a strong wired internet connection. I have not once even after sending video proof of glitches ever got an apology saying they were sorry that the system did have an error. We are always the ones with the issue supposedly???

Also, generally we are aware when there is a common place issue as it affects multiple users and will be brought up rather quickly.

However, for the most part we need to go by what we see on our end and in cases like this the system merely shows your original bet which was $1000. While I definitely understand what you’re saying, the truth is that in most of these issues/cases stale connections or intermittent disconnections are what cause the majority of them.

ive replied to your PM with every single detail of what happened. the original bet was not 1k as you can check the hands… and if the first bet that shows in the hands i gave you guys was 1k then that hand was not part of the issue, the first bet to start the issue off was the 1600 dollar one. any bet before the 1600 dollar one whether it be 100- 3k bet was done by me and if i lost it then i lost it fair and square. its from the 1600 dollar bet and forward until i was kicked from the table. I want to make sure that is very clear for you.

Wow. I’d absolutely shocked bovada is not returning you the money. If you played 1.2 million…they should treat you with the upmost respect. I can see if you were asking for 120k, but 11k only is not much. Now I play for 20 dollars and think that’s a lot, so I can’t imagine playing 100 dollar spins…but everyone is different. Man I hope you get your money back, and bovada should if they want to keep you.

Thank you for checking in on the thread, i still have some hope left that perhaps the mods from the community can help make it right and get me back my funds as i have sent them hard proof of the mobile version glitching. I myself am shocked that they are willing to stiff a player like me 11k who plays and spends so much money here all the time, at the end of the day if they dont help me out and make it right i will be gone and other people should re-evaluate placing wagers here. for what ever reason they dont think this is a big issue are they are all down playing it like nothing went wrong and i just have to deal with it.

So did you reach out to your host or support immediately after the first (glitch) or did you play 5 more hands and then reach out about it? I guess the fact that it was 5 times is a little hard to forgive in my opinion. If the game is broke and you keep playing not 1 more time-not 2- not 3-but 5 more times? I could be completely misunderstanding the situation and you are owed a refund, I apologize if that’s the case. For the record though I have a similar type of glitch bullshit happen to me in Blackjack all the time. When you make bets its so laggy that I end up double betting all the time. It glitches a lot. I lost multiple times with live bets and the casino when i used to have casino feature enabled. I never made an issue of it because I only wager $2 or less most times and the mods would give me a $2 credit most times lol. So @Elvis_123 im sure ppl do that too to try to get a free play or whatever but I’m pretty sure you’re wrong about this one. Why would the mods credit him with anything at all if he was just straight up bullshting?

First off I love how sht gets passed from one mod to another. Usually when this happens you aren’t going to have the issue resolved (from past experience) and yeah video/screenshot proof is such b.s. lol they know the majority of us aren’t recording our sessions. Also @Ryan_Bovada what the he!! Are you talking about man your glitch is a bovada system glitch not an internet connection glitch. When poker room lags or disconnects meanwhile everything else running perfect off my internet connection … Lol it’s not the users internet connection it’s your dumbass site.
Just on a sidenote since the last time i made a deposit 31+ days ago i have had no internet connection problems and also have a lot more money saved up and am able to do a lot more in real life outside of this virtual snakepit. Can’t believe some of you still log on Every day looking for a voucher. The world has reopened , go enjoy life and get off ur tablets losing money playing internet casino run by an overseas company with zero oversight lol. They can do whatever they want man haven’t you guys seen enough by now…
Btw I’m not venting a loss or anything. Just really happy i don’t play on here anymore

The rest of it has been addressed above previously but I do want to ensure I respond to the fact that by no means is this being passed off by anyone. Matty was clearly the one who addressed the situation on Saturday, but isn’t available Sunday-Monday. He did advise me of the situation before he left and I am now ensuring to escalate.
