I have received limited help from bovada support…
IF YOU PLAY THE 10’s or better video poker game at bovada… it won’t pay out any wins.
hard to believe …but true… starting this morning 5/3/24… the game just won’t credit your winning hands… other than that works normally… so DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME…
other video poker games seem to work fine… this is the first time i’ve seen something like this.
Please clarify more the time so we can look into this for you.

why is the collect button greyed out?

We will not be going through all the hands that you played during the day. Please clear cache and cookies and play from incognito mode of the browser. If this happens again stop playing immediately and contact us or CS team.
