Account Issues April 13, 2022

Hey,

We are aware of an issue currently with opening up Player accounts in order to review any gameplay or account items. This is being looked at and should hopefully be resolved quickly. Note that this also appears to be affecting player transfers until resolved so we will be halting approving any market posts for the time being. Your funds are safe, this is mostly just affecting us reviewing accounts.

I’m having the same issues. No one can access my information :frowning: the chat says an agent isn’t even available right now.

We all are having issues so everyone bombing making it worse…I’m waiting for a pt issue bc of it. You know what that means right??? Free money !!!

Had a live wager placed 2x instead of 1 no chat :hot_face:had to risk the rest of funds just to hedge out so I can at least not as much and somehow my luck I’ll lose both game can’t make this shit up I just made deposit

When no one answers your phone and it takes 4 days to get an email response back having your live chat operational is kind of a big deal lol

I wanted to reach out to a CS agent and am automatically being told that there are no agents available. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah I got a withdrawal in ignition and didn’t even get a confirmation email

Will this also prevent me from receiving the sms text when trying to withdraw money?

I was told we can access our account but they can’t. So the rep was unable to help me. That’s awesome, but I’m so relieved she reminded me that I can still use the website…… that will be nice once I can speak with someone and receive the assistance I need… -ready for anything

I haven’t heard any reports of SMS issues yet but it could be. This issue seems to be more related to us using our internal tools to review accounts on our end though.

Any update on the pt I’m waiting for or that can’t be resolve until you’re able to review the account? Guess I’ll log off and do adult things if it’s gonna take awhile.

The transfers should hopefully be sent when our tools come back, if not I’ll look into them on my end, though we have no specific update yet of when that will be exactly. I’m hopeful though that this will be brought back soon.
