What is it you need help with?
The only way I can reach customer service is through via email. They give me a ticket number and tell me I will receive a response within 24 hours. I never received a response and I tried to make a withdrawal 3 times and he said that the bitcoin address has already been used. However,there were never any confirmed transactions with the address. After 4 days of not being able to reach customer service,I continuously played it all back. It’s crazy to spend so much money but can’t reach customer service in the event of something happening
If this was already escalated they will reach out to you. It is typically around 48 hours, but will depend on the volume of contact

Well shouldn’t it be other resources to reach out for assistance? Especially with trying make a withdrawal

You are clicking all transactions, you can click just Deposits to show how much you’ve deposited for a 30 day period, that is what they were showing.

I’m right there with you although I had 1 withdrawal for $240 
Been real bad for the last 2 months, hard to get any wins.

Wow! That’s insane. I hate you’ve lost that much but I see I’m not the only one. I’ve taken my losses and it’s take for a break

OMG! I think I’m about to have a mental breakdown. 
lol Why would you show me to look at this?!? Just kidding. I appreciate you showing me. It makes sense now why his/hers wasn’t showing anything on 'Money out" I don’t recall if I had ever scrolled that far.
Do you know what the “Money out” represents on the deposit part? Mine has a small amount, but it doesn’t match my withdrawals. I had even forgotten about that one withdrawal. So I guess not all is lost.

I did. It is the deposit part that I’m still confused at little. See how mine says $35.40 “Money Out”? I had said on the “withdrawals part”. But meant on the deposits. Edited above.
Money in is showing how much did you wagered (This includes wagering deposited money plus any type of bonus funds), Money out is showing how much did you take out from wagering. The difference shows Net activity. These are not deposits and withdrawals.

I’m feeling kind of dense right now. lol Can you tell me what exactly does the 35.40 on my deposits section mean? That’s pretty much the part that has me confused.
