The correct answer is C) The entire accumulator is voided and the stake is returned. 
This answer was taken directly from the Prop Builder FAQ rules. I thought I should share the source for clarity and reference. The rules state that if all but one leg of an accumulator are voided, the entire accumulator is voided and the stake is returned, regardless of whether the remaining leg wins or loses.
