If it lists the progressive in the mobile version you can. There are several that have things you can’t win in the mobile version. Cleopatra’s Coins being one, but then the desktop version went away so that additional chance of winning, just gone.

Ignition. Personally, I win more on slots and poker tables on ignition lol. I’m here for the sportsbook and slots that ignition doesn’t have on mobile

Does ignition treat you like a completely separate player or is it like Caesars Total Rewards where your status follows you to their other brands? Sorry, I realize this is off topic.
Separate. Different points totals, different bonuses, etc. Some things closely resemble each other, but some things are different, for example the Birthday Bonus at Ignition, that is no longer available here.
