Well for starts, bankroll management…if you deposi 100$ and are betting anything over $2.50 (even that’s high) you’re gonna get really lucky or bust fast cuz u didn’t even give urself a chance

Question- are users eligible to hit the Vegas jackpot (largest payout available) if the bet is less that the max spin? For example, wheels and reels max spin is $100, but could I win the max jackpot with say a $4 spin?

I’m pretty sure you can. Just a couple weeks ago, someone hit 777 jackpot for $110k+ on a .50 spin. I believe unless it’s stated somewhere in the rules, the jackpot can be hit on any spin denomination.
