Bug in new craps game

Can you get someone to look at it real soon since it should have been done days ago already

If you watch the video you can clearly see that even tho i only place a $1 bet it removes the previous bet that was placed as well even tho it is no longer there

I’m afraid that is not something I can do, the tech team will get on it asap. They have acknowledged the video

Just as an FYI I see that CS have just messaged you asking for the video, so you can disregard that.

The video was just to show that i could recreate the issue so it wasnt just a one time thing. Im sure it happened multiple times but it was a $70 loss when i only bet $10 that made me notice it

Paul…,you need to become the ceo of bovada. Honestly you fix crap that bovada doesn’t seem to care about. Bovada should give you a raise and put you at the top of the food chain .

We do try to help our players as much as we can. but genuinely, sometimes our hands are tied so there is only so much we can do!
Anyway the ball has started rolling on this again, so hopefully CS will contact you soon with some news.

@moderators I’m sorry but im honestly furious that this still hasent been resolved yet. I’ve provided ample evidence that money was just being removed out of my account. Its been 9 days since it happened and ive been lied to and just told to be patient time and time again. Im sick of being patient. How long does it take to watch a 10 second video and see that money that i did not bet was removed from my account. I thought there would be some sort of urgency considering i was lied to for 4 days about them reviewing the video in the first place but cs just doesnt seem to care at all

I mean tell me if im in the wrong for being upset about this but i was straight up stolen from and lied to and paul is the only one that has even remotely attempted to do anything about it.

There are no updates as of yet, but I have just requested on the tickets to see if there is any progress.

Also i just want to make sure someone is actually looking into it because every time ive spoke with cs they tell me that i havent responded to the message asking for the video and ask me to send that in first
