Seems as though everyone is in the same boat. Wait 48 hours or more then be told “thanks for understanding, regret any inconvenience, appreciate your patience…”

I feel like I’m being gaslighted.

What is handled via PM? Did anyone actually get a resolution when they are PM’ed?

Not vibing with the gaslighting when they know for a fact they dead wrong for delaying our rewards in the first place.

5 days and counting with no crypto exclusive rewards. Same old story wait 24-48 hours, then they escalate it, and you are told to wait another 24 to 48 hours then you check back and the same old story all over again…

Yeah talked to live chat escalating be another 24-48 hours wth?? already been 48 hours. They use to be able to manually add the spins and points but now they can’t? such crap. Hall of famer i use to deposit alot here but past months yeah not even couple hundred a month. site has gone so far down hill

By the way it looks I am going to have to wait 48hrs then contact CS to get my spins and 15,000. They act like waiting days to receive is normal for the last few years you would get it within the hour after a deposit.

Nearly a week of waiting for my rewards and nothing. I also asked CS for help and they told me the same thing everyone else is saying “try a different browser and reset cache”. That obviously didn’t work and the week is almost over.

So what are the chances the hosted team is actually getting emails? Is it 0%? or is there some chance theyll get to it in a few days?

They certainly arent responding, the phone line seems down, it just hangs up, is there a major issue with email communication in general still?

They should be getting emails, as far as we know the email system is good, but please bear with me till I double check with them.

The other thing is my host Guillermo, who was actually pretty good, “left” right before these last set of major site issues, not even sure who my host is now if ones been assigned.

Exactly…Before they had the latest “technical” issues always an hour or less now everything has seemed to have gone haywire.
