I dealt with this last week and was never resolved. Customer service in the chat said they were not giving the crypto rewards for last week. Then they said they did it to select accounts.

A mod sent me a PM last night saying she was escalating it. But anyone that’s waited over 48 hours and hasn’t received it doesn’t sound like they will be getting it.

Its been 3.5 days since the escalation is created for my crypto perks. Dont expect this will be resolved within a week. They say 48 hours of resolution, but its never ending.

i wouldnt say no spins or points I would say very delayed spins and points. I think last week I waited 30-36 hours before mine were credited. Inconvenience for sure but i dont think it will be none.

I haven’t received my free spins or points. I dont understand the inconsistencies.

mine just arrived 17 hours after initial deposit.

Well I just made a qualifying deposit, so I should have mines by Friday I’m thinking :joy::joy:

Just free spins and rewards. They said to used all the exclusive bonus (3) then it has to be over 30$. But then wait 24 hours then now wait 48 hours. Not sure what is going on with bovada lately but sure seems very beneficial to the company rather than customer friendly. Border line suspicious. With slots issues, deposits issues, reward and bonus issues. Lots of cons mainly directed toward customers and more importantly it is very non beneficial to us loyal customers.
Guest service is always on point but doesn’t seems very natural to me. However that’s beside the point.

Im glad some of those issues are fixed but it seems those fixes are always short term. Just wondering how/when will you have long terms solution.
Don’t get me wrong I love your site but with most state legalizing gambling, competition will be tougher and I sure don’t want to see bovada cancellled.

So im trying to find out if they have just quit giving the crypto only rewards, ive made multiple deposits the last 2 days and still no rewards. Im not sure whats going on with Bovada but it seems to be getting worse instead of better. I sure hope they get it figured out soon
