For the last at least 2 or 3 years I’ve received free spins and points after a deposit now out of the blue i was told that those perks are not guaranteed and that its up to the marketing team to make those decisions well I’ve just about had it with bovada with all these issues coming up and then this crap without any notice.if i knew that i wouldn’t have made a deposit i would have gone to another site that valued my loyalty. My opinion is that i had a decent last couple of weeks and when you’re winning they dont give you anything they only give you stuff when you’re losing this way they can keep a hold of you

So im on day 3 almost 72hrs without my crypto exclusive rewards, i did as asked and waited 48hrs and reached out to cs, where i was told it was being escalated to management and it should be receiving my rewards within 24hrs. Well im at 23.5hrs since then and nothing, i really love playing at bovada but the last few weeks have been really disappointing. It seems like its something new every week whether it’s deposit issues or reward issues, always something. I really wish they would get there sh** together so i dont have to find somewhere else to play, but if this keeps up im gonna really start looking for somewhere else to play.
Pretty frustrating experience, same as everyone else. Waited 48 hours to no avail, and upon contacting support they say things like “have you cleared your cache” or “have you tried incognito”, making me question if they know anything that’s happening at all. Also got a ticket escalated but I have no hopes of any quick response whatsoever.
Looks like this has been escalated via Support, unfortunately there is no update on the escalation.

5 days and counting with no crypto exclusive rewards. Same old story wait 24-48 hours, then they escalate it, and you are told to wait another 24 to 48 hours then you check back and the same old story all over again…
Yeah talked to live chat escalating be another 24-48 hours wth?? already been 48 hours. They use to be able to manually add the spins and points but now they can’t? such crap. Hall of famer i use to deposit alot here but past months yeah not even couple hundred a month. site has gone so far down hill
