Current Promotional issues

I understand this, but the timeframe of 48 hours is and always has ben in place, we cannot manually add unless they over run this.

I got $500 in Venmo that say he doesn’t receive even after 48 hours, and it will have to be manually added. I just dropped the mic Now he’s not going to get the bonuses automatically That’s not going to happen. He’s going to have to have them at it manually you Paul are going to have to put them on there for him, this is the same thing related to my situation but I’m going to get out this chat I apologize for butting in you all won’t hear from me no more today I’m done or tomorrow.

How could 'Current Promotional Issues’still be ongoing? It doesn’t make any logical sense that there are significant issues affecting so many players… Specific to rewards owed and player funds… And it seems like the attitude has just shifted into this is just the new norm… Business as usual. Since we aren’t given any specific information and are supposed to be appeased with vague general pasted replies that it’s being worked on… It’s impossible to form any opinion or come to any conclusion… But frankly a customer of a business sort of deserves to know what’s going on so that they can make decisions as to whether they want to continue giving their money to said business… Running a business that takes customer funds comes with some accountability and it doesn’t seem to be any understanding of that. How on Earth could these problems still be going on? Whatever the problem is why don’t you just fix it because at this point no one can say it’s more complicated than that - any component of your entire site that is still problematic after trying an easy way and then trying again and then the IT team having a few more thoughts and trying a few more things, but eventually any team with a cumulative 15 brain cells would understand that they can’t figure it out or it’s not fixable and then there’s one logical conclusion… Scrap the entire segment of sight giving problems and write it from the ground up. Rebuild it from scratch if that’s what’s necessary. Does anyone there understand how much of a pain in the a$$ this is for your players? If there’s something going on that justifies the fact that these issues still existed 2 days after they started - never mind 2 weeks, why won’t you just tell us? Because otherwise at this point there is nothing about this that makes sense. If rebuilding entire portions of the website, error-free, for some reason didn’t work well then you could have just rebuilt an entire new site from the ground up, posted a banner that was helpful to players with some information for once with a scheduled time to switch over to a working site, and done it. Then everyone would log in again, and things would work. You won’t give any information, urgency seems to have faded away to nothing, players have to deal with all the BS, zero accountability still and now we’re shifting toward getting an attitude for wanting what we are owed… Even having to jump through hoops to get it…, never mind things just working like they should… Is that ever going to happen at this point? Because short of any explanation nothing about this makes sense other than for some other unknown reason this is just how it’s going to be because no one really cares to make it any different?

Emphasis here on the whole concept that a business that takes customer funds also takes on a general accountability to explain when customer funds are not handled in the way that they are supposed to be. We deserve an explanation and we deserve an overall tone with a little more accountability, understanding, and an effort to be helpful… And if nothing’s going to change then we deserve to know that I mean what the f is going on here?

idk how it could still be going on but here we are 2 in the afternoon I still havent gotten that weekly deposit bonus. I had to speak to 4 people on CS chat to get them to manually add a similar bonus to my account. I made a deposit and here we are 10 hours later and no points or spins either. 2 weeks in a row now the points and spins have been very delayed. First time I have seen a delay in the deposit bonus so thats a new issue at least for me.

I 100% agree with your comment about how much of a pain in the az$ this is for the players/customers too. Every time I want my typical status quo bonuses I have to jump through hoops and have multiple chats with support which sometimes are good interactions and other times are very frustrating.

I also question if and when the site is ever going to work properly again. Its tiring to have to go trhough the song and dance every time to get the basic of things like weekly promotions.

I also think for something thats been effecting the players in such a negative way for so long should be given some sort of public explanation on what is going on.

Who knows… but I guess 38 more hours until I can contact someone and ask about my points and spins. :man_shrugging:

Spins and points are usually added within the hour after you make the qualifying deposit, that’s the frustrating part.

@moderators I believe I’m missing spins and 15k points from a previous week. I’m showing free spins and 15k added on April 7th and then not again until April 25th. Can you check this for me?

Mega scratch stated i had one bonus day and two scratches and i only got one scratch, freaking amazing, and it also felt like oneday was skipped

Its cool you keep your bonus it was really a trip how long and then the bonus scratches was horrible. I have done way better in the past. Straight Trash.

Same here. I think if you talk to one of the mods when you make a deposit they will manually credit it for you. Thats what I have gathered. I mean you shouldnt have to go through all that but at least it will get you there.
