Was this determined to be a current site-wide thing? I also made a qualifying weekly deposit after midnight, and the customary rewards points/spins have not hit my account 9 hours later. Please advise!

I donāt know if itās tied to tier status or crypto exclusive, but every week (starting on Monday) when I make a deposit, I get 15000 rewards points and 25 free spins. Usually they hit my account within 15 minutes of the deposit.
The timeframe on the crypto rewards is 48 hours after deposit, Iām afraid our hands are tied unless they go over this
I think this is what everyone is referring to as I have received the deposit bonus, but after qualifying bonus we arenāt getting our 14k reward points and free spins. I know they say āit can take 48 hoursā but as a person that has been on this site for YEARS. It usually shows up within a half hour of making qualifying deposit.
