Paul, the banner has been up since yesterday PST—I saw it. That’s not new. And it doesn’t change the fact that this has been going on for four days with zero real communication. Saying the message is ā€˜updated’ means nothing when it’s still just vague language with no answers, no timeline, and no accountability. That’s exactly why people are still criticizing it. This isn’t about opinions—it’s about basic transparency, which is still missing.

I don’t really know what you want us to say!
We have provided updates as and when we have received them, if we have nothing new to provide we can’t provide it.

Exactly my point Paul, the issue here isn’t just that there’s no update—it’s that there’s clearly no communication happening at all behind the scenes. If no one can give you or any moderator a timeline or even the most basic info, it shows there’s a serious disconnect somewhere. Silence isn’t transparency, and it’s only fueling more frustration. People just want to know what’s going on and why it’s taking so long, not vague excuses. I’d much rather have you be honest and say they aren’t communicating with you—or that they’re just taking their sweet time with things. 4 days already says a lot! Doesn’t it?

We have provided no new updates, as there are no new updates.
There are lots of things still being worked on, when we hear of something that is player effecting, such as a bonus for example, then we can advise of this.

Paul, what hasn’t been communicated is everything between the lines. ā€˜We have no updates’ isn’t communication—it’s just a status void. You say there are 'lots of things being worked on,’ but we’re not being told what those are, what’s causing the delay, or what kind of timeline we’re even looking at. That’s the disconnect.

I’ve been playing on here for years now, and four days is a long time to have the site not fully functioning or for you guys to still be saying your ā€˜tools’ aren’t working. It’s a bit questioning, right? At some point, you have to acknowledge that this level of silence and delay isn’t normal.

There hasn’t been an update that directly affects your experience yet.
That’s why it may seem like there’s ā€œno updateā€ the progress being made isn’t something that’s currently visible or recognizable from the player side.

I deposited new money through bitcoin lighting since yesterday , and withdrew funds as well thorough bitcoin lighting since yesterday. My deposit from Monday that I never received was also credited and I also received 100k reward point which is bs btw. What I’m trying to say is everything is working fine at least for me it is . Hopefully this helps someone out who has doubts !!! Good luck all

Good to hear it.

The majority of things that are being worked on doesn’t concern or have any effect on players directly. Things that are being worked on currently that does, are emails, promotions and any outstanding transactions. As far as I am aware that is it.
If you are asking us to provide specific details regarding each tool etc that is being worked on, that isn’t something we will do.

I’m looking forward to being able to type something like this.
