Agreed. I am incredibly disappointed the phones are not working after seeing Paulâs message. Host line doesnât work with same message that they are having too many issues to take our calls. I want to speak with my host. Itâs been a week. I think itâs ridiculous that no host has reached out to any of their valued players. Itâs their main job, to keep this group of players happy. And specifically your host assigned to you is the only person at the company that can get anything done for you. More frustration today! Fantastic Bovada.
When you call the host line, if your host doesnât answer the call, you basically get a normal customer service rep. Why wouldnât this line of communication be back up as well?

Luna, you did change the wording, and thatâs exactly what I was looking for. It actually sounded like communication, not deflection.
Just keep avoiding phrases like âno updates.â Saying âIT is working through backend coding â this isnât a quick fixâ gives people something real to hold onto. That change matters and itâs more understandable.
âNo updatesâ = No resolution and the run around of scripted talk tracks! This is what makes all of us frustrated and angry.
Just wondering if anyone received any sort of customer service bonus for reaching out to CS? Or was it all in the form of reward points two days ago?

@Dollabill12 I did. A very very very very generous offer of $50 because they canât push through any pending guaranteed bonuses like cash back or any automated match bonuses.

well i just logged on and they wanted me to make a deposit to get scrachers and having already qualified i went to it to see it is still down. why would you ask me to deposit for a bonus that was not functioning, makes no sense. plus lost about 400 waiting on free promos i should have had already not a good feeling.

i reached out to CS and was told I was already compensated for this issue. idk where they pulled that BS from but they were not helpful. no matter how much times i told them that transaction and promotional issues are two different issues they kept telling me that i have already been compensated on monday.

Iâll take the $50 over the scratch card at this point. We all know theyâre just gonna be issuing out everyone 5,000 on the scratcher anyway. Youâll be lucky to get 10. I remember I used to get 100k consistently and amounts like 25, 40 etc. but now that they took away the jackpot sit and go tournament tickets itâs been horrible
