Total lack of transparency & accountability⌠Why is it that of the 100s of websites I use regularly, NONE of my banking accounts have issues, none of my crypto accounts, no other sites/accounts at all have issues. No other sites routinely make excuses, try to blame me, my device, my connection etc for problems and give a generic cookie cutter response asking me to clear my cache, cookies, history, use incognito mode, and It fall else fails to use a different browser or get a different device? Do you know how many thousands of hours of your players time youâve wasted with this generic ineffective approach? The worst part being that it doesnât even fix the problems itâs just a way to shift things around and itâs an insult to our intelligence⌠And itâs not normal! Maybe I donât want all my logins cleared for every site I use⌠maybe I like to see my favorite and last played games on your site⌠maybe I just donât want to do that for a bunch of reasons that I shouldnât even really have to explain, because it is absolutely not okay and not normal. So no other sites have problems⌠And in the extremely rare occasion there is some sort of minor issue, anyplace else it is immediately addressed within minutes, and and a simple, factual and HONEST explanation is given⌠With a bit of humility and understanding⌠And an apologetic tone. The arrogance here is unreal we are treated like you guys are heroes, and you deserve credit âfor doing right by your playersâ⌠what a joke! And the lack of transparency there is no explanation even for what is going on. To extend zero explanation (to give you players a little confidence to, you know, have a thought of their own, be able to make a decision on their own based on accurate information) means that in reality thereâs something sketchy going on. And that certainly doesnât instill trust or confidence in a site whose business is handling its customers funds. In the history of the internet I have never ever come across a site that has problems that go on and on and on like this, AND without even an honest explanation! Like even the way you word your silly banners suggesting things under maintenance itâs a slap in the face. I canât think of a better word so I will again say the arrogance here is reprehensible⌠And the compensation pretty much means nothing at all⌠You could give you players a million miles each but if you dial back your algorithms to make sure you just take it all back it not only means nothing but it further frustrates you players because itâs so obvious⌠Does anyone there understand these realities and basic concepts or do you guys think that the rest of mankind and certainly all of your players are so intellectually inferior that youâre fooling us all?
I havenât been able to claim a mega scratcher for the last two days due to website issues. Will the powers to be keep tracks of missed days so weâre not cheated out of the full 7 days?

I work in IT and when there are major issue causing disruptions like this we have war rooms to determine how to fix asap and give out REAL updates multiple times a day listing all of the issues and updates/ETAs for resolution on each issue. Right now we get nothing but âweâre working on itâ for 4 days and then they drop rewards points mid issue without knowing extent of the full issue.
The rewards points many of us got are a great thing to calm the storm a bit but now there are new issues and continued issues 2 days later. Itâs like shoveling snow in the middle of a blizzard. Sometimes you feel the need to do it because itâs so bad, but you need to wait until the storm is over to get the full scope of issues and how long it took to resolve to ensure the âdriveway is clearâ and in this case to ensure people are accurately compensated. What I want to see in some official form is a list of all issues with status. Like this:
- Deposits from this weekend arenât showing up. Resolution: we are working to clear them and approve to add to accounts and we are x% complete with that with an ETA of April xx to be done
- Withdrawals are not being processed timely. Resolution: this has been resolved as of April xx and should all be working fine now
- Crypto bonuses are not showing. Resolution: ETA is April xx to have these fixed and added back to accounts
- Scratch card is down. Resolution: this is being investigated with no official ETA yet but players will be compensated for these issues and your missed scratches will be still be allowed to be scratched.
- Scratch cards is down for new deposits . Resolution: any deposits made now will not start the 7 day clock until the resolution occurs so everyone will not miss out on any days scratching for rewards
- General casino issues (I.e. blackjack or slots freezing and giving errors) resolution: this has an unclear eta but should be fixed sometime in the next x days.
- Live lines not showing up for sports. Resolution: this has been an ongoing issue and we have no clue whatâs going on but I promise it will be solved if you use incognito and clear your cache.
This is what I get from cs when asking about the scratch cards earlier. They said comp will go out⌠weâll see if that happens⌠but no real update beyond âweâre working on itâ.
All we want is 2 things. 1) accountability and 2) transparency!!!
Weâre in the process of restoring phone services and this will gradually become available for persons who were already eligible.
@Luna_Bovada I was able to receive my withdrawal from Bovada to my crypto account.
For the people who do not want to hear any good news, youâve got to decide if all you hear is bad news, is it really going to make your situation better?
Wouldnât you want to know that things are being fixed for some people so hopefully you will be next?
I only deposited because someone posted that their deposits went through, so it helped me.
Why was the comment about BVX removed? Isnât that part of or associated with Bovada and not a separate competitor?
Any current transactions should be fine, its just a few withdrawals that got stuck at the time of the outage that they are still working on.

A player here who iâve traded with many times over the past few years
in the MarketPlace, withdrew a substantial amount last week via a
wire transfer. He messaged me a few minutes ago to let me know
the funds showed up this morning. That is good news. So while many
of us are waiting for the promotion side of things to get back to normal,
letâs all be thankful that the $$$ side of this issue seems to be headed
in the right direction. To me, thatâs the most important part.
Imo, everything will get resolved.

Does anybody else have a deposit showing up as not fully confirmed even though thatâs not the case? My last deposit to show up in my account was held up due to the issues. So Iâm assuming thatâs the one, but it had over 300 confirmations as of yesterday. Can anybody help me with this here? My attempts to find out whatâs wrong with customer service have been frustrating to say the least, leave it at that.
