The situation right now isn’t great but it getting fixed. We know, it’s not just about missing bonuses. It’s about feeling like things are running the way they should and knowing you’re being looked after, we get it.
The team behind the scenes is working hard to get things sorted, even if it’s not always visible from the outside.
As soon as we have anything new to share, we’ll do.

@Luna_Bovada I received my withdrawal yestwrday from Sunday, so thanks. Things are slowly getting fixed.
I also have made 3 deposits (2 yesterday and 1 today) and they went through fine.
I’m going to make a withdrawal, hopefully that goes well.

The problem is people with nothing better to do but post useless info. As if they really need to know that everything is working good for you. Common sense should tell you after 4days of issues, Some things are working good for some and not so good for others.
They need to know that there’s a problem not that there isn’t. That would be my guess to your question. :man_shrugging:t5:

Respectfully, I have to disagree just a bit, after the past few days, a little good news can go a long way. It’s great to hear that things are starting to work for some. It doesn’t take away from the fact that others are still facing issues, and we’re absolutely here to support them too.

We’re all hoping things get fully back on track soon.

The fact they can do some things like add points or get vchr codes. But are not responding to active players requests and providing cash back, just means they want us to switch books. Lol
