Woke up to no good news again. 96 hours, 4 days my withdrawal has been pending. I truly cannot believe this. Same story from them every time. They can’t cancel my pending withdrawal. Why? It’s a Bitcoin withdrawal that’s not initiated on the blockchain, there’s zero actual reason why they shouldn’t be able to cancel it. None. Can anyone think of a real reason? I’m so upset with this website right now.

And just so everyone knows they are deleting comments about people not being able to withdraw, they just did that to my last comment. Money is being held and not released to players with no end in sight. 96 hours pending now

Hell no, I wud hv in the past but after all the bs last few days. I ended the chat.

$10 would be great for someone that usually only deposit that much a few times a week but knowing the slots are tight plus ×20 playthru is a slap in the face. Besides, I’m not really looking for a handout but like most of us, feel that its owed🤷🏾‍♂️

I haven’t read all 2300 posts and this was probably said numerous times but it’s usually cheaper to pay the ransom than to try to beat the hackers. Ask MGM in Las Vegas last year they and Caesar’s had a ransom ware attack. Caesars paid the ransom and was only down a very short time. MGM said hell no to paying 30 million ransom and ended up losing 3 days of all their businesses hotel, casino, parking etc and it cost them 100 million plus in lost revenue and restoration of IT & new servers not counting all the ill will. My advice is just pay the ransom.

But why are they processing other withdrawals that are taking place after the fact?

They are not being honest about this whole situation.

I worked for the biggest tech companies in the world. Services are not tied together- chat, phone, scratch cards, deposits…. This doesn’t happen.

I’m not rest assured.

Anyone else have issues with casino games all week too? I thought somewhere in the 2500 messages I saw some, but I’ve been having blackjack issues where every hand deals extremely slow (4-5 seconds to deal cards and probably another 2-3 to take any action). Sometimes even when I click to deal or hit or stay it freezes up and then I get the attached error.

I’ve tried all the normal troubleshooting with incognito, clear cache, different browser, etc. and CS tells me all is fine and it’s a me issue. Seems way too coincidental that it’s happening same week as all the other issues with the site but I don’t was essentially told to “try to troubleshoot again” because there are no known casino issues.

@Jacob_Bovada @Luna_Bovada @Paul_Bovada I made a Litecoin deposit of $858.88 at 8:53am Central time. It’s been about 44 minutes but it hasn’t been credited to my Bovada account.
Can you please look into this for me?

By the way, I’ve made 4 deposits between Wednesday and Thursday and they were all credited within 15 minutes.

I also asked about scratch card just to see what cs would tell me. They said “your 7 days are up so there is no issue for you”. Which I replied with…. Well I was going to deposit $150 again to requalify and am missing out on that because I am waiting until the promo comes back to deposit again. And the cs agent was like “ooooh I see your concern there” but didn’t tell me anything because I’m currrently not eligible and I am sure if anything is comped for this issue I’ll get left off even though I am missing out like anyone else.

Im pretty sure we all have another site to do business with ive been with bovada 17 years and i referred over 100 a people if they dont meet our standards of the proper compensation lets hold out 4 days like there doing us dont message in here i guarantee they will get it together by us typing in here they know bovada is on our mines they see it if theres no messages they dont know what we are thinking let that sink in
