The hosted phone line just told me withdrawals are being processed now. I will believe it when I see it and will update in here if I actually receive funds. My withdrawal request has been pending since April 21 at 9am
Its kind of a Catch 22 for the site
When this all startedv on Sunday people were upset ( as they should be ) and we spent 48 hrs asking about everything and complaining so the site gave our points as comp which was fine
Issue is that we are now 3 days later and there are still a plethora of issues and when you inquire on them youâre told thereâs nothing further that will be done to help assuage the players because " youâve already been comped" which while true is also kind of irrelevant as the issues still arenât fixed
I get why they handed out points on Tuesday to try and ease the players anger but offering comp one time shouldâve been when this was over so the ainât given could correlate to the problems and their severity
Of your only going to do it once thatâs the way to do it. Otherwise you need to be willing to do it again if you still canât figure out what youâre doing
This is just my opinion & an educated guess. But from what Iâve seen, itâs
kinda obvious to me that every aspect of this business is outsourced.
Why do I think that? Because no one actually knows what the other deptâs
are doing. When this started, the financial side, people that are supposed to
answer questions had no idea or gave the general canned answer. Thatâs not
their fault. But, it tells ya that this isnât a hands on business. And then when
you speak with CS in chat, they act shocked & usually have no clue about whats
going on or what youâre describing.
In my business, I deal with a lot smaller companies. And when thereâs an issue
with the product or with the shipping dept, I can call HQ & know the correct info
in minutes. And if thereâs an actual tech issue, that is usually resolved in under
30 minutes.
As for the current bonus issues. If this was an actual âin-houseâ problem, it shouldnât
take 4 days to fix. If it is, then they either donât have enough employees or the right
people in place to figure it out.
I made a new withdrawal request via Eth last night and it still hasnât processed. I get an error when I try to reduce or cancel the withdrawal.

They shouldâve focused on a solution instead of sending out comp points before issues were resolved. Youâre gonna get lambasted either way, but I personally think people are more pissed now because if they base the count points off of issues up to Tuesday, then they should be issuing at least that much again in comp points because itâs been another 2+ days since the last comp points were issued for the issues that occurred the previous two days. If they knew the issues are going to continue for another 3 to 4 days and estimated that into what they paid out, they shouldâve been telling people that from the beginning instead of saying, we have no idea weâre working on it, weâll get something eventually or any of those types things
4 days late on the spins and they are still 25x rollover. Could have gave a break on the rollover for being days late.
Are deposits and withdrawals working normally now but Sunday -wednesday backlogged or are deposits still not crediting and all withdrawals backlogged? Thanks!

Im in the same boat. Did you get the usual deposit requested/approved emails with this one? I didnt. Still dont understand how they cant cancel something that hasnât even been started yet???

Wish we had a time frame on when things would be working again. Also wish they would come out and announce what has caused all this.
I did not get any of the typical emails, also have no ide why they canât cancel it. And of course they donât tell me anything of substance as to why. Just that the âsystemâ wonât let them. Itâs all nonsense.
Im very disappointed that the only compensation i recd for being locked out for 48 hours, having 3 deposits held for that time is â20x playthroughâ bonus. They are essentially worthless. I was expecting to recv AT LEAST $50-100 at 2x , like the birthday bonus. Im almost a H of F member, not that it matters. I bring my level just to show MY commitment to Bovada, after reaching almost 2M in just over a year. Prior to this we crash, Bovadas rewards to customers left much to be desired but then to give worthless x20 as compensation, it is a slap in the face. Bovada, please make this right. You need to show your commitment to your players. Please message me directly, not on here
