these website issues are really disappointing. bovada has always been my number 1 go to when i want to deposit but i just dont feel comfortable putting my money in here anymore
Their promotions are unreliable. Website is reaching all time lows in 2025.

Seems to be working now but it’s nonstop with the issues this week. One goes away and another comes up and it’s all played off as one big thing “being worked on”.
We got some comp 3 days ago now and issues continue. One fixes and another comes up like wack a mole.

We’ve been patient. It’s 100% unacceptable for any website to be down or have issues 5 days straight and here it’s like…. Well there’s a banner up so we’ll fix it when we fix it and no updates will be given along the way except that “we’re still working on it”

Really hate scratch card is still down!

There’s 2400+ responses in here and issues have been going on for nearly a week with scratch being down what 4 days? Do you guys seriously think people understand? Why keep saying thank you for your understanding. Nobody understands it, including the mods, which I guess is why you guys keep repeating the same garbage. Embarrassing stuff. FITFO
The new withdrawals and deposits are being processed normally. However, the older transactions that were pending during the incident require special attention from the payments team and must be reviewed one by one.
We’re very sorry for all the waiting time .
There is a much bigger issue than just this week. 2024 was a rough year for the site. 2025 has been much worse. The IT team has not been good.
I hear you, and I understand how frustrating this has been for all, us as well. It’s only April, and while things have been tough, I truly believe we’ll get through it together. Staying positive. I’m hopeful that things will improve as we move forward.
