When i contacted CS this AM about the live lines being down last night to check and see what they were doing comp wise i was told i was comped on the 22nd
Assistant the rewards points from Tuesday more count as comp for issues not even related to different incidents lol

Can you find out if the mega scratch card will be working at some point today? We have all waited entirely too long for your maintenance process. This is absurd.

They have no idea on a fix timeline, which I expected …and won’t be compensating for the issue per moderator team, which I also expected…
But they appreciate our patience and thank us for our loyalty…lol
Yes it seems CS is taking the stance that we don’t care how many new issues there are… if you received some type of compensation due to the original glitch it’s a blanket for all our woes as a site

What is all you can do to get things running smoothly again? Rub some oil? My guess is nothing at all.

My guess is not until next week and my guess is folks will be missing cards from this week and it will be an utter mess
Is there someone that the moderators are in contact with at Bovada where you can ask on behalf of the community, “hey, do you think the scratch card will be working today”?
Can you ask that on our behalf? Reason being if the card may be working soon and I get 4 scratches, I may not need to deposit now to wager on soccer today. Would be great to know. Thanks
