I think you are absolutely right
It’s beyond wild at this point they still haven’t resolved the scratch cards and no one has a clue of estimated time to fix. Like it can’t be that difficult after 5 days of downtime…makes me think something bigger is going on like they are going to remove it entirely as a promotion.

2500 posts, and over a week. Sounds to me there’s been no updates with details, mods are as clueless as we are, and at this point I’m starting to think this site is on the verge of closing. Reminds me of 2011 poker days when the DOJ took over every site overnight.

Did the DDOS attack awhile back take this long to fix? Does anyone remember?

Nope because they make things right when issues occur with additional and continual compensation until resolved, they provide ETAs for a fix, and keep in constant communication, etc
they don’t just disappear, and then when called out deflect with a “we are working hard on this, we appreciate your patience, thanks for your understanding and loyalty”
And forget about the CS chat, they are less knowledgeable then the mods

What’s even more crazier…our dumass thinking that if we continue making deposits somehow we will hit a big 1 :partying_face:
I doubt “VERY” seriously they will allow that to happen. :money_mouth_face: :no_entry_sign:

I quit depositing until things are made right with all the promotions that are missing or offered compensation related to them being missing, you don’t get the benefit of my loyalty if I’m not shown the same

I refuse to deposit again as well. No way something as simple as a scratch card is this complicated. It’s predetermined anyways, so if they cared to keep the players happy. They could auto credit the account daily in lieu of scratch card.

This is crazy… You would expect at least some gratuity.

And honestly how is this even possible?
Tell us something, what is the end game? Deadline? Maybe?

Totally understand only referring to the 1s that have lost Entirely 2much to give up… I totally understand. I still feel if EVERYONE stop depositing and asking dumass questions like “will we be compensated again”? They’ll get the message. But🤷🏾‍♂️ u can’t convince everybody to to that.
I refuse to beg u for a dam free spin that has already been programmed for u2lose b4 u even spin.
Theres so much more they could do to keep there “so called” Loyal Customers". besides updating every 30 mins that they’re working hard to fix it🙄.

Imagine not getting deposits from 1000’s of players who deposit @least $10000 weekly if not daily all over the world :thinking:.

I have been with Bovada for over 15 years, and I have won ALOT during that course of time. I have lost ALOT as well. Winning and Losing is part of the game of Gambling, more losing than winning. I go to Vegas several times a year and I win, but mainly lose. Keeping the Wins, and minimizing the loses has alot to do with BankRoll Management. A good friend of mine, once said “when you hit BIG, don’t get Greedy” and that is THE TRUTH for sure! That sticks with me now. @DudeInBlue

I have seen Bovada go from super loose slots, to super tight slots. All in all it is a risk, a Gamble to play.

I remember when there were no bonuses on this site except for the welcome bonus, no cash back, and earning reward points for your play was Unheard of! We had nothing but EMAIL available to contact support. (Answers within 48 - 72 hours). Withdraws took upwards of 14 days and came in the form of a Paper CHECK!! Then it took about 30 days to get that check deposited into your bank because it was a foreign bank deposit.

I would have to say Bovada has come a long way from there. We have this Message Board, online customer chat (even though they don’t know anything), we have a phone number as well to contact them, and some people have Hosts. They have implemented Bonus Rewards programs. I understand that people get upset when they don’t receive as many perks as their neighbor, but the same is true in Vegas. It’s based on your play. For example, My husband and I both have players cards for various Vegas Casinos, and I get ALL THE PERKS…free stays, Meals, etc…he gets pretty much nothing. It’s based on play…I play alot, he doesn’t.

With that being said I do feel that this down time is quite EXCESSIVE for the amount of compensation we have been given. It is one thing to not offer bonuses and reward play, but to offer the Perks and reward play, and the customer not have access to those perks isn’t right.

Just rambling…because…well we can’t play today. :slight_smile:

I have also been a customer for that long if not longer. I remember cashing their foreign checks. They used to tell you to deposit them at the atm… lol.

Also still super pissed about the scratch card. That promo usually gives me good funds!

I had a few bounce too. I remember paying more to get them by FedEx. Many of them were
Canadian checks and no bank wanted anything to do with them.

I honestly think it will be next week sometime and it’s going to be a mess of how many cards each people should have with old (missed) and new cards…the longer they wait, it’s going to get worse lapsing into a new week.
