For the issue? Not at all
But we all know there was only going to be one comp. That’s all there ever is
So yes going forward we should all wait until everything is fixed before e start demanding comp
That’s how you end up with 50-100 for a week long issue
So we can get 50-100 7 days later? lol
Can we get something to offset the delay in receiving our scratch cards? I understand there are issues but I believe players who followed the instructions and provided deposits to meet the requirements should be provided some kind of relief for not being able to enjoy what they have invested in and earned

Unfortunately they are not providing anything tangible but are asking for my patience:wink: so much like how Santa Claus works if I’m good I will get it eventually, maybe…but I won’t get anything for the time missed I will just receive exactly what I have earned with no customer appreciation for being supportive during this time. Can you imagine if Santa came on New Year’s Day instead of Christmas 
lol hopefully they will get it fixed. I don’t understand why giving everyone a middle of the road bonus would hurt especially since day 7 is getting close…but the cookies and milk are out!!! Waiting for the bonus

So what is the downside here to just scrapping all this scratch card nonsense, comping everyone for the issue and just starting over with it next week fresh and clean?
Then you buy yourself nearly a week to get out figured out without having irate customers?
Every day that passes makes this a MORE difficult fix and let’s be frank no one here has any confidence the site is going to get it right even when it’s “fixed”
People will be told they don’t qualify when they did , or they’ll get the wrong amount of cards, or both
Then the customers will have to provide all the proof they did what they were supposed to, the site will have to “escalate” it and then it will get messed up again or proper won’t get answers
There’s a 0.0% shot after a all that this is going to get fixed properly without it being a complete cluster after it is supposedly good to go

So lol I will say this. I spoke to a CS rep earlier today probably like 10am. He told me maybe it be fixed in 24 hours or less… uhhh lol I dont think he should be making projections like that.
**I will say I hope he is accurate though. I just think he was telling people what they wanted to hear though.
It’s unbelievable that website (sportsbook) like Bovada is having such issues for so long. Not to mention still issues with live games and ended games showing up. They should have pros for these things to be able to solve whatever happens in “no time”, but looks like they hired school guys who just learn these things and how to operate online services/sportsbook.
