I think it used to be x5 sports x20 casino. Now it’s x5 sports and x35 casino.
Or maybe it was always this. Not sure. Other bonuses I get added are x5 sports and x20 casino. That’s about the best they offer.

Its probably not anything to do with the recent issues. You were likely just scheduled to be changed to a higher roll . And they don’t inform anyone when it changes and i haven’t talked with anyone yet who has succeeded in getting it changed back

I’ve been back and forth. Was 5x then I had months of 30x then I had months of 5x then I got swapped to 30x again today. So it does happen. But I’d say 90% of my time has been at 5x. I even had a couple weeks of 10x sports in there. I’m just saying week before last was 5x and I could ask CS and they would refresh it so I could make multiple deposits with it in one week now I’m on some 30x bullshit I’ll never use. Wasn’t just the week before last either I’m just using that as the most recent example I’ve been 5x for a long time on this recent stint. Like I said they even refresh it for me to use multiple times in a week. Regardless though 30x is just you donating money to them it’s not even a bonus for the player
