With all the issues all the promos being cut the least y’all can do is grant a deposit bonus instead of declining I’m not asking for hand outs I’m putting funds back into site and since my normal bonus offers that are issued weekly are not accessible or whatever y’all claim going on and after losing a considerable amount striving to complete a promo offer that has now been kidnapped missing or somewhere on some milk carton cease to exist anymore y’all must do better but we know you won’t, haven’t , don’t plan on pay your IT it will be a time when options are available to more US players and this site will lose much action because of times like this. We stay in abusive relationships we endure and tolerate bad workplace environments but trust when that local casino starts offering gameplay and sports betting it’s like the old saying a shoulder that cry on is the same legs you lay tween (political correctness) y’all know

Diligent. Come on. REAL websites have SLAs for unplanned maintenance. My company has like “5 nines” for uptime of entire site outside of planned updates. That means we need to be running 99.999% uptime. If something is off that dings the SLA. This is down (at least something down) for a week that’s almost 2% right there for the YEAR.

Over the last month I’m averaging almost 30k points a day because I’ve hit the 100k a few days. So with scratch cards down I’ve missed out on about $200 in last week… I know they say we’ll get the scratches once back up but they should let us scratch them all at once instead of having to do one a day for the duration of days down because if you keep playing every day you’ll never catch up on the 7 days or Reese’s scratching if you continually get them.

This is the truth. Anyone who is constantly qualified, there is no end to add them to. I have been saying this as well for about 4 days. Need to scratch, scratch, scratch, etc all day long!

Scratch cards are just a way to reduce $$ they give back to frequent players w/ ridiculous terms ($500 on slots smh). They should clean house on the tech team and take us back to a set % of cash back on losses as was the case up until 2023. No more tech issues and would make us all happy I think

As for a deposit bonus CS didn’t even offer one for the crypto deposit bonus not being there. I haven’t deposit and won’t till they get it all straightened out. not going to fight for free spins and reward points just to be told have to wait the 48 hours etc. I don’t need the headache lol oh i am hall of famer make no difference.

Wow they changed back the crypto from 5x to 30x … just a slap to the face … I wanted the deposit bonus for $1000 5x rollover? Is that what the update was for to give us bad bonuses?

I’ve had 3 different people message/ text me today already venting that CS told them they didn’t make a qualifying deposit last week when they did

This is why I’m saying this “fix” is stupid

Because even after you fix it is not going to be right

There’s no way everyone is going to get every card they’re owed and there’s no way everyone who met the criteria will get their cards

There’s too many moving parts here and every day is not fixed you’re so by more moving parts

Then there’s going to be 5k “escalations” on issues while more days/ cards pass by. Some people will hear back. Some don’t and will get escalated again

Its honestly inanity not just to comp it our at a fair number and then start over

Even if it’s all fixed today it will be at least a month before everyone gets everything they’re owed and the site is going to lose player after player after player over a stupid 10 dollar a day scratch card when it could of all been easily avoided ANDx removed entirely unnecessary work from the IT team so they can focus on other issues

This maintenance “issue” is offering us players worst bonuses, 2 to 3 weeks ago was offering 5x roll over now 30x … what kind of maintenance is that? Taking away bonuses when it was good already
