Over a week⦠this sounds more and more like ransom on a set of deposits from last week and cutting out the bonuses, scratch card, free play awards to limit exposure while Bovada tries to recover all the āheldā/stolen deposits from last Sunday/Monday.
In the end Bovada would never admit to this and will probably never appropriately compensate people for the continuing issues over 8 day now and how many more to come.

Well I think itās safe to say that there is a lot more going on than just some temporary maintenance, at least for the scratch card lol
Letās be honest, something bigger happened here that they just arenāt being fully transparent about but I get it. As a company, youāre not going to come out and say, Our tech Guru Pedro was messing with some code and accidentally deleted tons of user data pertaining to promos, deposits, and scratch cards etc. You know for sure their tech team has given them a timeline on when the issues should be dealt with. Thereās just more to it than maintenance on the scratch card. You had a working product that worked fine for 7+ months and itās taking you more than 6 days to come up with a fix? I could code a new working scratch card and connect it to the database that checks user eligibility by myself in less than a day so you know their team could do this in a couple of hours.
My take is that a lot of data somehow got deleted in their database and they had to recover it. It took some time to get it all put back in place or new eligibility somehow didnāt get recorded properly and theyāre taking time on deciding how to go about compensating and making this right whenever things do come back online and is in a working order. They know chat and support will be flooded with inquiries and concerns. Theyāre just prolonging the inevitable. Could be totally wrong but thatās about the only thing Iāve been able to come up with.
This seems like a new strategy by Bovada.
