Current Promotional issues

No crypto deposit bonus as Juan said to me , promotions department working on it. so i think that also means no free spins and reward points will be issued unless you wait the 48 hours and then have it manually added smh . not depositing till they get running correctly again. I want my perks and deposit bonus.

However, as moderators, our hands are tied, and we’re currently waiting for an update as well. I really really hate when moderators and CS use rest assured. There is nothing rest assured anymore. This past couple of years have been a struggle for IT and tge site. Nothing is rest assured.

Hi, I made a deposit on the 18th, 20th, and 23rd but still haven’t received my deposit match, free spins, or points. I’m aware of the issues but I’m seeing that some people are able to get theirs manually added after 48hrs. It’s been well over 48hrs for me so could you please review my account and see if you can manual add my perks?

We are not manually adding perks i’m afraid, you can try speak to CS to see what they advise

All this is really frustrating, no crypto bonuses no scratch cards and the worst part is that noone is giving us any information. We don’t ask much, just be honest to us, i think we deserve that for being so many years on this site. I feel disappointed :frowning:

Because that is what is on the website.

Here’s what I don’t understand.
And I am in no way blaming the mods.
But, how is it possible in this day of all the high tech available,
that a website that handles millions of dollars can’t resolve a
ā€œtechā€ issue in 8 days?
This is one type of business where your main goal is to keep
your customers happy.
How is it possible that the first issue involved the financial side,
then the bonus part was also affected. Which basically is another
part of the financial side. That just seems hard to believe to me.
Then this morning when I logged in & checked the forum, there’s
a banner at the top of the page saying something to the effect that,
some players may be experiencing issues. And not to worry, your
funds are safe. That doesn’t sound like a tech issue to me.
I’ve been thru several of these issues over the years & I don’t expect
a banner to magically appear saying the site was hacked. But, I also
don’t believe the main cause was based on a tech problem.
