Pretty ridiculous customer service lines are down + mods have had no response for the past 2+ hours

After some contemplation i have come to a few presumptions:

Paul is more akin to an affiliate/representative that runs the forum section, not someone that holds key positions with the higher ends of the casino. It would explain why he has access here but cant access the casino info.

Our funds ARE SAFE. Crypto was absolutelye designed to be PUBLIC AND TRACEABLE. Crypto was neither designed nor intended for private transactions.

If you’re concerned about your funds being lost, go look where they are then. Follow the damn papertrail yourself!!! I, for one, am confident they are safe. And that’s because they haven’t been transfered out of the wallet address I sent them to.

Which leads me to my final deduction:

All these departments… there wouldn’t be a single person on a single computer working on and controlling everything. Sooooo financial “department.” They’re probably their own dedicated computer/team. And how does crypto work? Individual wallets. And if they’re wallet system is anything like most others’ then what would happen if, say, i dropped my phone in the water? I would need to get a new phone. And then redownload my selfcustodial wallet app. And then confirm myself. Then recover my wallets. Then, and only then, would i have access to my funds.

That or the person with all the accounts passwords suddenly passed away and the IT team “working on it” is actually their close friends fervently searching their stuff for the wallet’s 15word recovery list lmao (this, i highly doubt. That would be kinda shitty. If it is, im sorry for your loss)

Now imagine a computer chip fried itself on the motherboard or the financial departments computer which led them to the requirement of acquiring a new computer. If this is anywhere close to being accurate, then your (the disgruntled customers) eta you’re looking for is however long it would take for the proverbial rush order on a new computer/phone and standrard account recovery time. Thats the basis im working on at least.

But all in all, the funds i sent are still in the wallet i sent them to. And by now, they normally would have been transferred out. So, ABSOLUTELY YES, I trust my funds are safe. Therefore, i also do believe paul that this is a financial problem with limited access. But since its only certain players, im less confident but still suspect, this might be a wallet (or small group of wallets) problem. But its different cryptos, which led me to the computer/phone hypothesis.

Did a withdrawal at 9:30 this morning through bitcoin and it’s just pending never been this long
