Current Promotional issues

Yeah, something pretty rough occurred I noticed on sister site initially, as deposit confirmed yet never registered, so fortunately didn’t make the mistake of trying to make deposit here in interim. The lack of ability(awareness, fairness) to access site to even put up even a banner letting people know deposits were delayed or that there is no CS or acknowledgement for over 6-7 hours, while not surprising is pretty worrying

The fact that it takes Bovada so long to diagnose and bring the site back is crazy, the IT team seems incredibly unfit for this if it happens multiple times and takes hours/days to recover every time.

This has been ongoing issue and a lot of ppl think it’s the us govt shutting Bovada down or attempting to harm them for violating perceived laws. This makes sense to me as it’s happened a lot the last year. It’s that or complete and utter incompetence running this place. Neither is good.

Yeah this is why this stuff is happening. Bovada not obeying orders so is govt helping of disrupt their business enough to shut them down eventually. The community used to be so much bigger. Players are leaving like. Crazy and that’s why staff was cut in half and service times got so bad. They are forcing us customers to us companies for tax reasons. Bovada has been on the way to failing awhile now. Only matter of time before shutdown. Heck this could be it

It is time for a new IT team. They have struggled for way too long.

I don’t think they’ll be shut down in the United States overall, but states that have no gambling options are probably going to have less need to go after since it’s not like Bovada is taking away any potential taxes from state-sanctioned sportsbooks. Those of us where there are no options are in no immediate danger.

I really enjoy the UI here, and I don’t want to go use any of these alternative off shores, but if this doesn’t get resolved today, I may have no choice. I just don’t have huge faith in even basic transactions here at the moment…

yeah no sports betting in cali to have the need to go after them…hopefully…

They just changed the banner which basically says it’s ok to deposit. If I am reading this correctly.

That’s what I gathered from the banner. Only the deposits/withdrawals from prior are still affected…

So is everything fixed moving forward and they just have a backlog to cleanup? That’s what this sounds like from the new banner:

It would be cool to hear from the mods on this. I have been waiting all day to deposit. But also waiting for my Monday bonuses to be in my rewards page. Why haven’t they fixed that???

encouraging update at least I suppose. But idk how I feel about just depositing again with full faith, while I have significant funds in limbo lol. Hopefully the limbo is on it way to an end.

That’s why I only deposit using player transfers or vouchers
purchased in the MarketPlace forum.
Used to use Coinbase but got tired of the delays on their end
and the fees. MarketPlace is free
