I think old timers like me get worried sometimes cause we went through Black Friday with full tilt…and we never know if we may get screwed again on a poker site. We will just have to wait and see…thanks mods for keeping us informed …

I didn’t even win much and it was on slots on their sister website. I wake up one morning and my hall of fame status on here means nothing pretty much.

It would be pretty wild if that happened.

Anyone concerned about Bovada’s financials are ill-informed. Their ROI since introducing crypto deposits is 3-4x, maybe even more with other cryptos.

Everyone needs to cool their d*cks and just let it play out. I have been guilty of ragging on Bovada countless times, but they always seem to do ā€œsomethingā€ to accommodate for sitewide inconveniences.

I agree the amount of what I net in here is crazy not to be able to get in touch with someone

My guess is CS has been instructed to not respond or to age chat or calls

If they don’t have access to any internal tools they’re not going to be able to do literally anything so there’s no point on talking to players and getting them more upset

Which of course will lead to a huge backlog over they’re back up

Of course they were instructed that, when Bovada realized there was an issue last night the first thing they did was shut off all CS avenues lol.

For probably 4-6 hours they shut them off without putting out any notice to their players, people continued depositing/withdrawing without any idea there was an issue.

Now thousands of players have frozen funds.

I understand technical issues happen (seemingly more often than not with BV) but the lack of communication is the real issue here. How can we confidently play somewhere the communicates nothing for 4-6 hours of MAJOR issues.

Just have to be better.

Hello Paul, I’ve been wandering how long has this been going on? My account I’ve noticed it last night after i deposited here.

So should I just wait for my deposit to b credited from lst night because its not showing up.

Over under is 4 days. No expectations it will be fixed today so i can deposit

This post is unfortunately very accurate. Deposited last night at 8PM without any awareness or knowledge of the deposit issues going on, etc (No post, no email, no notification that systems were down).

I claimed a bonus w/ 25k reward points within that deposit, to no avail, has still not been credited to my account even though the transaction has long been confirmed. For such a well renowned site, you would think that their internal services (such as customer service) would be in-house as almost all online casinos are but apparently that is not the case with Bovada. Furthermore, this lessens the confidence with the user as it becomes evident that the business is being run with more than one entities involved… Poor business etiquette, lack of oversight over their own systems, let alone access to their own servers/ database… Very bad look, bovada will have to make up BIG for this mistake.

No, you would only further wait time. Best case, sit tight and let Bovada work on said issues… we should be credited once confirmed, etc. Trust me, we’re in the same boat. Just sit tight.

been waiting since last night over 12 hours ago… They received all the funds sent, but due to the internal or application issues, they’re unable to honor the transactions until all issues have been settled, has nothing to do with you… just be patient

They know all us degenerates aren’t going anywhere. But if there’s no big BIG compensation without a 1000x rollover im gone
