Current Promotional issues

Unless something bad happened and you guys no longer have control or access to the site and/or the money (which unfortunately seems to be the case at the moment). It’s taken 6months to address an issue with live sports betting. The faith we as players have in the tech teams competence is pretty low. So it seems reasonable to worry about the safety of funds when you guys don’t even have access to our accounts at the moment and support has NO ACCESS to anything.

Pretty ironic how we are encouraged (bonuses tied to bonuses) to use crypto and then this happens.

I pity @Paul_Bovada and others for having to endure all the negative posts on here, but this is a colossal issue. People will complain they “could have made so much” and all that, but for those who hedge their bets (Halftime scores in soccer), like me, this has been disastrous.

I would just like to make a trade in the Marketplace to withdraw some of my balance and move it to some place a little more stable for the day, but I sure as heck am not touching Crypto Withdrawals given the issues the Deposit side is having and Matchpay lately has been as trustworthy as a fart after a night of laxative laced room temperature Busch Lite and Taco Bell…

Transactions were confirmed almost 8 hours ago, when are they going to fix the customer service

Like was the site hacked it something this is crazy

This is my big issue. I deposited BTC over 12 hours ago and still nothing. Their website banner says NOTHING about deposits NOT working so I am sure there are many still trying to no avail. This is absolutely crazy!

So basically, nothing is working and no one at Bovada has a clue how to fix it.

Strap in folks. this is looking like a multiple day ordeal.

The right thing to do would be to shut the site down all-together so no more wagers or deposits/withdrawals can be made.

They will not do that. Instead they are letting people continue to deposit.

My guess is they will offer compensation based on the last 30 days of play… at 150x rollover only to be used on Golden Buffalo.

Man, I’m on that advantage global list so I haven’t gotten any bonuses for years now. I don’t think I’m getting any compensation either :frowning:

It’s this dumb list you get on if you win anything big on either this or their sister sites by using a bonus. They revoke your access to any kind of bonus funds but you can still use the website.
