Regarding the spins, a glitching slot will have no impact on any potential wins, as soon as you press spin the outcome is already determined anyway. But this can be checked for you once we have access to accounts again.

I made a BTC lightning deposit and withdrawal this morning with no issues. No other crypto deposit method was working for me though, just fwiw

How can we possibly deposit with confidence if right now? I appreciate the update, but if the bovada team doesnāt even have control or access to the site, why should we trust depositing here at the moment?

If you do not feel comfortable depositing then I would advise you wait until this gets resolved.
We cannot offer any assurance that it will credit straight away or if there will be a delay.

The issue is that in the past in these circumstances, bovada has told me (and other players) that we are not considered impacted because we did not actually try to deposit. Will that be the case today if I want to wager on the nba playoffs and need to deposit to be able to do so?

At least they are honest. Can you explain how you are able to confirm for certainty that our money is safe if you donāt have access to our accounts?

Well funds canāt just disappear. Everything is logged and traceable, it is a delay in the transaction is all.

Hereās what I donāt understand.
It sounds like Bovada is using outside sources to run the site,
especially when it comes to the financial side. That doesnāt seem
right to me. If it was me, Iād want to make sure my business had
control of the options when it came to depositing & withdrawing
money from my business. And if I was using outside sources for
the financial side, youād think it wouldnāt take 12 hours of more
to correct the issue.
I also read where you mentioned we would be able to place sports wagers
but, settlements would be delayed?
Is that because the settlements are going thru the same outside source
that handles the main financial transactions?
The one thing about Bovada during these outages is that I am never worried my funds are lost because every time something like this happens, funds have always been protected. Itās the fact that seemingly basic tech functionality like deposits not being added to our accounts after blockchain confirmations that is worry some, especially because itās happened more than once
