So if my bitcoin transaction has 78 confirmations that’s it’s going to this Bovada bitcoin address where did it go?
Ok guys here is where we are at…I will try to answer as much as I can so as not to keep repeating things.
We were advised that there are delays on transactions, we have spoken to players who have received theirs without issue, so this may be currency specific.
As far as I am aware wagers are still being placed as usual, I haven’t heard anything to contradict this, and I was able to place a wager earlier myself with no issues, as far as settlements go, I’m afraid I have no idea, it is likely there will be delays, but this will depend on what kind of access the sports team have right now, and unfortunately we have no way to contact them directly.
Customer Services currently have no access to internal tools which is why they are offline.
We also have no access to the majority of our internal tools which is why we are unable to check any accounts etc.
We have no timeframe as to when this will be resolved, and have very limited communication channels with other departments, but are in contact contact with a manager who will advise us if there are any developments, and we will of course pass them over to you guys.
Funds will NOT be lost, anyone waiting on a deposit will get credited, the funds have not vanished into thin air, this is a delay on crediting.
Finally, we do appreciate this is frustrating for some players, however we cannot perform miracles, and cannot make this go away, or provide updates we haven’t be provided with.
Please bear with us and hopefully they do get this resolved sooner rather than later.

This is so bad. Over 10 hours waiting. I don’t even want to okay here anymore.
I haven’t received my deposit in 7 hours. 37 confirmations.
Wagers are definitely not settling…. I had one settle this morning and one right now not settling. That stinks.
Even my crypto bonus is gone ?? For every week? Come on now?

Yeah I don’t appreciate my deposit missing. At least let it show in my account and if I can’t wager so be it. But for it to be over 10 hours ago confirmed and not showing up is crazy.

Deposit cleared with 38 confirmations yesterday. Wish I would have been notified but more disturbing is that as of now bovada has no issue accepting our deposits. Even with all this hullabaloo.
It took like 5 min after the last game finished. Wagers are settling pretty normally today for me. I had bonus funds in my account from last night. Still not so happy I cannot confidently deposit. So hope that gets cleared up.

I’ve had sports wagers settling all morning too, but my BCH deposit from last night still hasn’t hit.
I made two deposits around 830pm eastern last night, both of them are fully confirmed with over 50+ confirmations each, my wallet shows completed transactions, etc
No money has been deposited into my account.

There’s no warning to people that they won’t get their bitcoin deposits. It still available to send money too. Someone should fix this asap.
Something has to be done @Paul_Bovada .I am still waiting for my Bitcoin deposit from yesterday. I was just able to make a deposit using Bitcoin lightning and the game was literally glitching. While spinning whenever the slots stopped it would move 3 times changing what the initial spin was supposed to be. I literally lost my entire deposit with out one single win because the slot was doing whatever.
