Current Promotional issues

As far as I am aware this is not effecting all players, some players have mentioned they have received their deposits while others have not (this however could be currency dependent)
Also it seems that wagers are working and so is casino as I tested both myself a little while back.
I think this issues are basically transaction delays from your side.

I know no major updates, but any improvement or even possile ETA @Paul_Bovada? If I miss another day of sports, I may have to go to another site, even though I don’t really want to yet… :frowning:

Do you not understand how this does nothing for us at this time? That’s great that everything is tracked and logged, but what happens if that information is lost? How can we know whether everything has been and is still being tracked and logged accurately? You’re speaking to people who deposited money onto your website and, despite all other indicators showing our money successfully made it to whatever account we were provided when making the deposit, our accounts still don’t reflect this. In other words, you’re telling us to believe our funds are safe because your systems wouldn’t fail while we are actively experiencing a situation where your systems are clearly failing.

well heres what ive noticed so far on my end. The weekly promotions and bonuses that reset about 1am EST monday mornings still havent updated so about 9 hours late. A withdrawal I made this morning which is usually handled fairly quickly has been pending for hours. On top of this I can’t cancel the withdrawal or even make a deposit because I have a pending withdrawal. So thats 3 things I can think wrong with the site for me right now. Cant deposit cant withdraw and the bonuses and promotions for the week have not updated.

We have no access to most of our internal tools either so are running in the dark a little

So you can’t confirm that if we send in a deposit we will get it in a timely manner? What if we can’t deposit at all and get errors like this?

I have two deposits pending from last night at 8pm ET that haven’t been added yet so don’t get your hopes up that any deposits this morning will get there in a timely manner

Sounds to me like the site has been hacked. Finally time to move on to another site. Bovada has declined immensely in the last few years.

They even disabled chat. What a joke. Imagine a brand in the states disabling all ways to contact customer service when an outage occurs.

How can this not be considered sitewide if YOU GUYS are even in the dark on what’s happening and going on? And you can’t even access stuff?

Sounds pretty bad lol either site was hacked or some developer accidentally pushed a bug that fooqed everything up.

Kind of doesn’t make sense that even the admins don’t have internal access to all the tools… lol What’s IT department doing?! How is there no disaster recovery strategy for an online casino that manages 100s of millions? lol
