What assurrance are you capable of providing us to backup the other statements from that banner? Namely, the one stating our funds are safe?
Because the funds will not be lost, everything is tracked and logged. Funds donât just disappear.
But yes you are correct, we have no updates at this time, we still have no access to internal tools.
However, as soon as any relevant information does become available this is where it will be shared, which is why you have been directed here.
@Paul_Bovada is there a timeline available or should we not be using the site seeing as there are confirmed issues today? Also, can you confirm whether this is sitewide or just specific users?
