Wow a response to the paying customer thank you so much. I actually uploaded real money and missed out on 300$ profit because of this inconvenience . This is completely unprofessional and affected my profits smh

Ypu guys have been aware of it since last night by the look of it. How much effort does it take to post a message?
We have no access to tools, there is a banner on the site as far as I am aware, but this will only mention general issues I would imagine.
As soon as we had access to the community this morning we did post a banner.
It did mention btc delay on the banner few days ago. I think people are confused that it does not mention that on the banner today while that is the most critical issue.
Make a banner then?? People are going to keep pn trying to deposit crypto with no explanation on how fast the situation wiÉÉ be fixed

There was a conscious effort to refrain from responding responsibly about the depo issues timely, which is obviously a business guided decision Iād imagine to prevent any reduction in deposits⦠pretty questionable. Anyone with a fraction of a business sense can see that.
We wouldnāt have any knowledge on that Iām afraid, but it may just be as they are unable to update anything. We can only access the community at the moment, nothing else.

Which is not right. A business who cares about their customers would not practice as such. They were trying to blame the crypto deposits the other day on the crypto network, taking no accountability. Now we know otherwise
