Current Promotional issues

Paul. The site has been horrible for the last 365 days straight with no improvements. So is the past year current?

Why would you not include something about ongoing cashier issues in the banner? Even having seen the banner I had no reason to believe my deposit wouldn’t show up. All it says is that CS is down along with access to some markets, possibly. Why not add something that says ā€œoh and btw your deposit might not show up for hours and we can’t even provide an ETA at the momentā€

@Paul_Bovada it’s best not to engage with @Muskie3535 because at this point, nothing you say will make him or her feel any differently. I speak from experience as a network engineer.
All you can say is that the IT team is working on it and this affects players and Bovada at the same time because Bovada is also losing hundreds of thousands of dollars as this continues so it’s in their best interest to have the site issues fixed.
I appreciate you and the other mods help through this challenging time and hope we’re back up and running soon.

The deposit option should not even be available if it is not functioning. Obvious error here. Shame on them.

do we have any ETA on when things are going to be normal?

Gotcha. Well can they add to the banner to deter people from depositing during this downtime? That is just going to frustrate more people.

okay well keep us up to date. right now i cant depo or withdraw and i have a pending transaction going on.

How do you know if they are actively working on it if you are unable to reach them? Is the issue related to IT not being available at the moment?

It is not related to IT not being available, we have a full team of people working on this, but we have very limited internal tools so cannot reach out to them.

Anyone know how much longer the help center will be down? I sent over crypto hours ago and still haven’t received it.

Guys deposit issues are being worked on, we will update as soon as we can.
