Bovada used to care. Used to be the best site out there. This past year is horrible. I think that is the main reason for the forum decling. A lot of players cant take it anymore and have left
This isnāt a case of not caring, far from it. We have a full IT team working on this, and trying to get ever7ything up and running as usual.

I 100 percent dissagree. I am a hall of fame player with over 40 million points. Site and service was amazing from 2016 to 2021. Since then the service has drastically declined. Site function this past year has been very poor. There used to be a team to fix things. Now we are just constantly told that team is working. I have no faith in the team anymore with the current product.
With all due respect, your player status and amount of points gained has no impact on any technical issues we may or may not have, and the team are working to fix it now, and have been since before I started shift.
Site failure effects all players. I myself a lot of value from reading post from players that use the site more frequently as apose to a new player. I know other players feel the same. Sorry you donāt feel that way. You however are not a player so might not understand.

Yes it does, of course, which is why I was surprised that you started your post with how many points and your player level.
The point I was trying to make is that is totally irrelevant in a situation like this as all players are effected in the same way.

It is so revelvant Paul. Are you kidding me? When talking about a drastic decrease in site function and customer service over a period of years player participation is very relevant. I cant believe you are questioning that.

@Legg14 Unfortunately we have no updates, we ourselves still have no access to a lot of things, and CS are still offline.

Are you trying to say that because you have more points than another player your service should be better than theirs?
As you said before, this effects ALL players, and the amount of points you have will not change that.
Paul you are really reaching to put some faiult on a payer.
Points are a great gauge to see how much a player uses the site. If a player has had an account for 10 years bit has no player points there experience over 10 years would mean nothing to me.
When players post their points and they have a lot of points that means a lot to the readers. It validates there posts on trends over a period of time.
I canāt dumb it down anymore than this.
At no point did I say I should get better treatment because of my points.

I have put no fault on a player, and yes you are correct that points will gauge a players usage, but I still donāt get the point you are trying to make?
If there are issues such as this, all players will be effected the same, itās that simple reallyā¦ sorry if Iām not understanding you!

Points could be viewed as how active a player is on a site. When discussing trends over a period of time. The more active the player the more valid coments on trends are.
I love it when players posts theirr points. It. Provides creditabily to their posts. Those with higher points obviously have more experience in the site.
