How can we withdraw in any method if we can’t receive sms codes to confirm the transaction?

I can’t withdrawal?!?! This is insane. So I was able to deposit with Eth but now I can’t withdraw?! To allow transactions to continue knowing you’re going to screw people is insane. I don’t mind not being able to deposit for a bit but to take my deposit and then not be able to withdraw the win is highway robbery.

My deposits have went through fine all weekend but I can’t get my crypto bonuses or rewards. I wonder why some deposits go through and others get lost.

I withdrew crypto yesterday morning and it is still pending. Can’t deposit either because it says you can’t if a withdraw is pending

From everything announced over the past two days, all customer services are essentially gone and unable to be logged into. I can bet that those bonuses are not on an automatic schedule and someone manually goes in there to “flip a switch” or something.

This is the final straw for me with Bovada. I have been here since bodog. 5x HOF player. Have lost a shit ton of money and I’m tired of dealing with all the bs. I can’t withdraw my money but I can deposit it no problem. Of course that’s the case. The bonuses are no longer worth the headache annd they continue to take more and more away from us anyway. The only reason I stay is because I’m used to it and like the interface. That’s an dumbass reason to stay and put up with this constantly. And when they give us a measly $50 with 1000x rollover for this “whoopsie” that’ll be the nail in the coffin. I want real compensation or im out for good.

It will probably be several days before the old withdrawals start getting cleared. Sucks because it essentially locks your account so you cant deposit either. Will just wait it out. If the “other site” had more sports, I wouldnt care as much lol
