Agree. They won’t give much they can’t afford it after losing two days of business. This place is really poorly run and almost hard to believe how often they have tech issues. Cut staff a lot too so service times been awful.
In all my years of playing here, this is the longest I have ever seen CS chat disabled. I think that should be way more concerning than deposits not getting added to our accounts. You can check the blockchain to see if the money is still there and they have never rug pulled from us before so I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt there.
Staff losing critical access to account information and systems should be the bigger issue.

Yeah no shot i’m owed cashback, a hosted free play day, and my weekly deposit bonus today and highly doubt i get a single one. been here over 10 years past 2 years by far the worst it’s been going downhill

This is exactly it. Why can’t chat work? This is the exact moment any business would want to keep lines of communication up with customers instead, they shut it down because they don’t have access to information which is really hard to believe in this technological world where companies have back up servers backup plans for when technology doesn’t work. To me it feels like they’ve been buying time to come up with money.

This is so bad I just want my deposit from Sunday nothing extra just want my money. Or a clear answer as to what happened. Cause no answer is ridiculous. Did their bitcoin wallet get hacked and drained cause then I would understand A LITTLE BIT.
Bovada knows wtf happened and saying they are working on it is just kicking the problem down the road till the next hour or 2 to give the same ugly update that they know nothing and have no control over their website 48 hours later.

Been able to deposit all night but cannot withdrawl. SMS code never sends.
I wouldn’t deposit a $1 into this site till Sundays problem is fixed. Half of you now can’t withdraw

Still no CS available I see. I’ve honestly never seen them unavailable for this long even on the worst outages they are usually available. This is something major going on here as far as these deposits/withdraws from the other day
It’s also pathetic that they can’t ever give legit update as to what’s really going on.

That’s been happening the last 3 days on wingo games. You have to refresh or close your browser and go back in and it works. I played both just 30 minutes ago. It’s very odd why it is doing it (even prior to the outage) but it will work

Yesh. That worked for me yesterday with the same problem. Isn’t working today. Refreshed, closed, logged out and in. These two still show a red error message banner. Hope this gets fixed today. See if you can get in now?
That’s weird, I never understand why it works for some and not others. Happened on other games a few months ago. I got the red error on clusters, refreshed and it pulled right up
