Same old generic response. I’m talking about a real update from upper management about what the hell is going on. Everytime this shit happens it takes days to get an answer as to the actual problem if we ever even get an answer. Bovada loves leaving the customer base in limbo.

The 9 months long ongoing Live Lines issue?

The years long issue of having your Odds Type set to Decimal, yet when you login (or after you change it to Decimal and wait an hour without doing anything) it defaults to American odds?

The years long issue that you can’t be logged in to the main Bovada site on a tab of Google Chrome and open the Community and login without logging out of Bovada on the other tab or it enters an infinite login loop.

I could list some more if you would like, but… To your point, I think they will get this issue resolved eventually. Let’s just be realistic on the praise.

this is insane im starting to get extremely angry, bovada please give me my deposit from 730pm eastern on SUNDAY

if they had funds they would just manually credit the deposits. I don’t believe they’ve even started working on getting those deposits out from Sunday.

No updates, no timeline, no ETA, keeps saying funds are safe and not to worry but we haven’t seen a penny

@Paul_Bovada I just received the sms code for withdrawal finally and then it said the code didn’t match and blocked my account for 24hrs. Said to contact customer service lol. What can I do now? This is crazy

The Moderators are providing the answers they have, but once again THE BUSINESS IDEOLOGY to tell customers, yes, we know you haven’t been credited with the funds that you already sent, BUT if you send us MORE funds now, they SHOULD be there in a timely fashion.

This whole ideology is on Page 3 on Bernie Madoff’s book titled Ponzi Scheme for Dummies.

Do I think they are a Ponzi Scheme? No.

Do I think they do everything possible to step on their own toes and make themselves seem very untrustworthy even when they are? Yes.

Instead of just worrying about eliminating $5 bonuses for players, they should take a peek at the value of Player Loyalty, Trustworthy Brand, etc.

I know they declare themselves great in all these areas, but you don’t get to decide that for yourself, you are judged by others.

Not if they don’t have access to account information. This has been posted several times in here during updates is that they don’t even have access most of their internal tools, including accessing player accounts.

@moderators i don’t know if you guys will actually take suggestions at the moment… but when this is all resolved, CS chats are going to be MOBBED with people looking for explanations, compensations and reassurance that everything is working fine. In the past when this has happened without a plan in place for how to handle the influx of volume, it’s taken even more time to sort through all that with CS. If you guys really want to make this right… these things should all be handled before CS gets back online so we aren’t all waiting for 3+ hrs to reach a CS agent just to be treated disrespectfully because they’ve understandably had a really hard day.

Wish I could just cancel my voucher so I can use it on bovada…why can’t they just credit my account the worth of the voucher!!??

This is obviously possible from the inside though, if people are able to deposit and withdrawal new transactions right now there’s no reason the old ones from Sunday can’t be honored imo.

Will you also help me unblock my account since this is a Bovada issue and not my fault? @Lezzie_Bovada. Also, you guys could calm some anxious minds by letting us know what plans to be done for players in terms of compensation.

Just to update everyone. I took out a voucher last night. Saw that it processed on Bovada but never received an email. Just now Paul was able to retrieve my code after verifying withdrawal and identity. So I wish you all the best of luck and look forward to the marketplace opening.
